Few pictures from our first Erasmus Evening with an interesting topic — Introduction to the Czech Republic on 8.10.2015.
We invite you to the second Saturday event of the IC CUNI Art Club! This time we would visit the National Technical Museum where you will be able to see its’ remarkable collection of old cars, light airplanes and even an old locomotive (we’re not kidding — they are really hosting them inside the building!), photography, press, astronomy related installations, interactive scientific “toys” and much more.
Guys!!! Your first czech challenge is coming right now! This trip is for those who are brave :-) It means sissies are not allowed to this trip!
We will walk through “wild countryside” through the valley of river Sázava… we will walk some 15 km and during the trip we visit gold mining shaft.
You can be certain of the trip will be interesting and you will meet several experiences (hopefuly good ones :-)). P. S. The trip is also very suitable for lovers of coffee .-).
The Orientation Days of the Faculty of Science will take place as follows:
On Tuesday the 29th of September for biology students.
On Wednesday the 30th of September for geography students.
On Thursday the 1st of October for chemistry and geology students.

The park was founded in 1885 by the Count Arnošt Emanuel Silva-Tarouca. It is huge (250 hectares), beautiful and unique :-)
An English speaking guide will show us the park and you can then wander around as you wish.
Price is now approx. 200,- Kč* (entrance fee + guide + bus ticket) — to be paid on the spot.
